Data protection

We comply with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Digital Services Act (DDG), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the data protection provisions of the Telecommunications Act (TKG). In this privacy policy, we would like to inform you about what data we collect during your visit and how exactly this data is used:

Data processing through this website

When you visit our website and each time you access it, log information (e.g. browser type, date and time of access) is recorded anonymously. It is not possible for us to identify specific natural persons and we do not intend to do so. All of this data is evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. It is not passed on to third parties. This data is not linked to other data.

Use and disclosure of personal data

If you provide us with personal data, we will only use it for the purpose of processing your request.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time with effect for the future.

The stored personal data will be deleted if you revoke your consent to storage, if knowledge of the data is no longer required to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or if storage of the data is not permitted for other legal reasons.

At your request, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. We would like to point out that we are also subject to statutory regulations, in particular those of tax law and the law governing the legal profession, which oblige us to store or retain documents, which may also contain personal data, to a certain extent, but generally no longer for a period of 10 years.

Data will only be passed on to third parties without your consent if we are legally obliged to do so.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data has been provided, where

(1) the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and

(2) the processing is carried out by automated means.

You may request that a controller transmit your personal data directly to another controller if this is technically feasible. In doing so, the freedoms and rights of other persons must not be impaired.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have this right. The supervisory authority will inform you of the status and outcome of your complaint, including the possibility of a judicial remedy under Art. 78 GDPR.
